Meetings and Study Documents

Stakeholder Involvement Plan

The Stakeholder Involvement Plan (SIP) is a document that outlines public involvement at key development and decision-making stages of the project, defines who the stakeholders are and how they are reached, and develops a rough schedule of meetings.

The SIP is an active document that will be updated periodically to adjust to the needs of the project.

If you have comments to the SIP, you can provide your comments here

Community Advisory Group (CAG)

The CAG is a collection of community representatives and serves as the focal point for the exchange of information between government entities and the local community. The CAG is made up of representatives of diverse community interests, local government officials, community representatives, property owners and residents, and stakeholders with technical expertise.  The CAG assists IDOT in making better decisions on transportation related projects that benefit the community and environment. Members are invited based upon who they represent with the goal being an even distribution from each interest area. Volunteer forms will be present at the first Public Meeting.

Once a CAG meeting has been held, the documents will be available here.

Public Meetings

A public meeting is a large-scale meeting, open to the public which offers the opportunity to learn more about the project, and to provide input into the project design.  Public meetings have not yet been scheduled for this project. Once the public meeting schedule and location has been established, it will be posted here. Please check back for additional information.

Once the public meeting has been held, the documents will be available here.
